Special requests, including but not limited to room views, room location, bedding preferences, adjoining rooms, and airline seat assignments, cannot be guaranteed by the travel agency, tour operator, or airline. While every effort will be made to communicate and accommodate such requests, fulfillment is subject to availability and cannot be assured.

Airline seat selections are also not guaranteed, even when preferences are noted at the time of booking. In the event of a flight schedule change, passengers may be reassigned to a different flight, and previously assigned seats may no longer be honored.

Please note that the travel agency does not control airline operations, inventory, or seating policies and therefore cannot be held responsible for changes or inability to fulfill these requests.

Style & Grace Travel reserves the right to adjust tour days, activities, or itineraries as necessary for group travel experiences. Changes may be made to enhance the overall trip experience, accommodate scheduling considerations, or address unforeseen circumstances.

Style & Grace Travel offers travel insurance options and has provided detailed information regarding available coverage. Travelers are given the opportunity to purchase insurance to help protect their vacation investment.

Please note that many insurance providers require policies to be purchased within a specific time frame in order to include coverage for certain benefits, such as pre-existing medical conditions or supplier default. These deadlines vary by provider and policy type.

Style & Grace Travel strongly encourages all travelers to purchase travel insurance and has made clients aware of applicable time-sensitive requirements. However, the decision to purchase coverage remains the responsibility of the traveler.

Credit and debit card payments are the preferred method of payment for services provided by Style & Grace Travel. By authorizing charges to your credit or debit card, you acknowledge and agree that payment has been voluntarily made for the services rendered.

You further agree to resolve any billing disputes directly with Style & Grace Travel and waive the right to initiate chargebacks as a means of dispute resolution, except where required by applicable law.

Once payment has been applied to a booking, cancellation and/or change penalties may apply. Please note that cancellation policies vary by supplier, and each booking is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the applicable travel provider.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to the scheduled departure date. A booking is not considered cancelled until you receive written confirmation from Style & Grace Travel verifying that the cancellation has been processed.

Style & Grace Travel reserves the right to use any photographs or video recordings taken during events, tours, or travel activities without the express written permission of individuals included in the content.

These images and recordings may be used in publications or promotional materials produced, used, or contracted by Style & Grace Travel. This includes, but is not limited to, brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, social media, and websites.

Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two (2) hours prior to domestic departures and three (3) hours prior to international departures. Please refer to your travel documents for any additional or updated recommendations, as requirements may vary. Charter flights may have different check-in and arrival requirements than commercial airlines.

Style & Grace Travel will make every reasonable effort to request and assign seats in advance when possible. However, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed prior to departure. In cases where advance seat selection is unavailable, seats will be assigned by the airline at check-in and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guests requesting complimentary honeymoon or anniversary packages must present valid proof of marriage, such as a marriage certificate or wedding invitation. A photocopy is recommended for convenience during travel.

Failure to provide acceptable documentation may result in the resort declining complimentary honeymoon or anniversary benefits, where applicable.

Please inform your Style & Grace Travel advisor in advance if you are celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary so this can be properly noted on your reservation. Most resorts honor these special packages for travel occurring within approximately 30 days before or after the actual celebration date; however, policies may vary by resort.

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requires travel agents to inform consumers of a list of countries where airlines are required to treat passenger cabins with insecticide prior to arrival or during flight.

Clients are responsible for reviewing official government sources for the most current information regarding travel advisories, safety warnings, and travel health notices prior to departure. This includes, but is not limited to, updates related to destination conditions, entry requirements, and health-related alerts.

Style & Grace Travel reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions prior to each booking to ensure they are aware of the most current version.

By making a booking with Style & Grace Travel, clients affirmatively acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to accept these Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation of any booking at the discretion of Style & Grace Travel.

The failure of Style & Grace Travel to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions in response to a specific breach shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provisions in the future. Additionally, Style & Grace Travel is not obligated to take action in response to every breach of these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
